These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the WindSilver Gaming website and social casino service (the "Service"), operated by VANGUARD MARITIME LIMITED. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

WindSilver Gaming is a free-to-play social casino. The Service uses virtual in-game currency ("Coins") with no monetary value, that cannot be purchased with real money on this Service, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be redeemed for any real-world prize. The Service does not offer real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
Free account via email. Keep credentials confidential. Delete via contact@windsilver.org.
4. Virtual Coins
- Awarded on signup, refreshed daily, earned through gameplay.
- No monetary value; not transferable.
- Cannot be purchased on the Service.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value.
- We may modify, suspend, or remove Coins at any time.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no unauthorised access, no bots, no reverse-engineering, no impersonation, no use under 18.
6. Intellectual property
All content owned by VANGUARD MARITIME LIMITED or licensors.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate at any time, with or without cause or notice.
8. Disclaimers
Service provided "as is". We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
